Driving an LED panel

I purchased a 64x64 2.5mm pitch panel from Adafruit in mid December of 2024 for $55. I thought this would be an ideal project that I could use to develop my FPGA skills. My idea is to drive it from the Zynq 7010 on one of my Antminer S9 boards.
