Antminer S9 board - U-boot and bootgen
The idea here is to get the FSBL and U-Boot onto a
bootable SD card. I want to use versions of each that
I have built from up to date sources.

I have obtained bootgen sources, built them, and installed bootgen
into /home/tom/bin.
