Both boards use real STM32F103 parts from ST and both were designed to be physically compatible with Arduino boards. I would certainly have chosen one of these in lieu of an AVR based Arduino any day of the week. The Olimexino gives you LiPo battery charging and regulating circuitry as well as a micro-SD slot. Imagine a blue pill with a micro-SD slot. It ships with the Maple USB loader installed.
Olimex is a company in Bulgaria (Plovdiv, Bulgaria to be specific). They makes lots of boards of this sort. Everything I have seen that they make is excellent and amazing.
I am tempted to use this board for STM32F103 USB experimenting just because I have it here and have never used it for anything yet.
