STM32H743 "horse pill" -- addresses
One of the first things I want to learn about with a new microprocessor
is "where things are", i.e. what the address layout looks like.
This is covered in section 2.3 of the reference manual.
We have a 4G address space divided into 8 blocks of 512M.
