Raspberry Pi Pico - SWD, openocd, gdb and all that

The Pi Pico has 3 pins at the end opposite the USB connector that provide the SWD (single wire debug) protocol. I have used this with STM32 microcontrollers, and it is a wonderful thing when you need hard core debug capabilities.
