Raspberry Pi Pico - dirty JTAG

This was the first thing I did with a Pico and it worked out perfectly. I needed a JTAG "dongle" to work with a Xilinx FPGA and their Vivado software.

All I did was to drop their prebuilt file: "firmware/dirtyJtag.uf2" onto the pico and I was done.
