The CH32V307 -- MounRiver Studio
This is the Eclipse based IDE for the CH32V307 chip.
At the above link, I go to download, select Linux and then choose x64 and it starts
downloading. There is also a second link for an "MRS" toolchain.
The downloads go fairly quickly, and when they are done, I see:
