The Allwinner D1
This is a RISC-V based chip from Allwinner that is appearing in some Linux capable SBC.
The claim is/was that the C906 would be available on a $12 board, but I have yet to find them for sale anywhere.
Search AliExpress for "Allwinner D1" and all kinds of things turn up, but not for prices I would consider.
I want an ethernet jack, some IO pins, and at least 256M of ram.
