This started when a search led me to this post:

Here we have a patch being added that adds the following files:

include/hw/arm/allwinner-h3.h
include/hw/misc/allwinner-cpucfg.h
hw/arm/allwinner-h3.c
hw/misc/allwinner-cpucfg.c

We can get the Qemu sources from their Git repo (active this very week).

git clone https://git.qemu.org/git/qemu.git

Indeed, the above files are in place and may be worth of study.
