PRCM on the Allwinner H3
This is the power control section of the H3 chip.
It is pretty much undocumented in the H3 datasheet.
The base address is mentioned, and that is it.
As usual, sunxi has gathered some information on it.
It gets involved in bringing up a second core, something I have yet to master.
