MMT servos - KSS - Position PID velocity calculator
This is labeled numdd/dendd in the model.
However, it uses the exact same vel_init() and vel_calc() routines
as the feed forward blocks uses. This makes perfect sense.
The two filters are separate (they process a different sample
stream, although using the same algorithm.
