Sharpening Knives - the Worksharp
The price is right, what can we say, for only $50 you get a guided
sharpening system with a diamond stone.
The only liability I can see is the limitation on stones you can use.
But perhaps it can be modifed by a person with a 3D printer if other stones
were laying around and you wanted to used them.
Given the price, it is certainly worth a look.
