Plumbers

They were just here and got my toilet running again (March 2, 2026). After recommendations from a friend, I called "Benjamin Franklin" Plumbing. Joe and Dom showed up, knew just what to do and even ran a camera down the pipe after pulling my toilet. Total cost: $250

Four months ago (November 13, 2025) I had another outfit (Drainmasters) come out. They were barely able to get the job done. I had already pulled the toilet, but they got the thing running and set the toilet again. Total cost: $600

Guess who I am going to call next time?

After DM got done, I was pretty sure I was going to have trouble again soon. They did not use a snake with a cutter blade (like BF did, and like they used to). They used to warranty their work for a year. Not anymore. 2 weeks! Doing a half job with a slick snake and overcharging is one way to make money I guess.
