GY-NEO6MV2 NEO-6M GPS

There are boat loads of these selling in the $5 to $10 price range. You can buy them on Ebay, AliExpress, or Banggood. They seem to have 4 wires. Power, Ground, Rx, and Tx. You give it 5 volt power. It apparently has a 3.3 volt regulator. Rx and Tx are at 3.3 volt logic levels, or so it seems.
