RT2150F chip inside the DPH153-AT Femtocell

This has a 384 Mhz mips processor, a 5 port 10/100 ethernet switch, and a 1000 Mbit ethernet that needs an external PHY. The above note suggests that the 2150 is a relabeled or customized 3052. RT3052 is actually marked on the die inside. He says it has:
2.4 GHz 802.11n radio (2x MIMO)
384 MHz MIPS 24KEc CPU, 32KB I-side and 16KB D-side cache
5-port 10/100 switch including PHYs
USB OTG
Gigabit Ethernet MAC (RGMII to off-die PHY)
So it looks like a part intended for a home router.

Setup in my Femtocell

It has 16M of ram and 4M of flash nearby in external chips.

The serial console is accessible on test points and shows that it run U-Boot and ultimately boots a 2.6.21 linux kernel.

Linux version 2.6.21 (perry@perry-pc) (gcc version 3.3.6) #42 Thu Oct 6 09:41:09 CST 2011
The CPU feqenuce set to 384 MHz
It looks like flash is at 0xbf000000 to 0xbf3fffff (4M)
