My 240 by 320 TFT display

Back in September 17, 2016 I ordered three of these modules from a seller on AliExpress back in 8-17-2016. They took 30 days to arrive (not unusual coming direct from China). I paid $4.21 each.

They are labeled "2.2 TFT SPI 240x320" and a search on that string yields a multitude of hits.

Do searches with the words "github, 9341, and so forth". I also used the search "240x320 display spi raspberry pi"

For some reason I cannot fathom, it has an SD card slot on the back.
