Fortran 90

I am an old fortran hack from back in the days of FORTRAN-IV. Along the way, I did a lot with RATFOR (which was a very cool preprocessor, aimed at making fortran as much like C as possible). I completely missed fortran 77 (and who is complaining), and now am helping out with a project using fortran 90. This is (as usual) my own set of notes to help me along with what is new.
