Sun 3/280 - running NetBSD

It I was going to run unix on my sun 3/280, it would be NetBSD, not SunOS. This is simply because there is source code. I would also run diskless, for any number of reasons. This would mean running "old protocol" NFS, which would be somewhat of a pain in the ass. But I'm probably not going to go down this road at all.
