Coffee Roasting - Honduran Coffee

With my new SR800, I am receiving 3 pounds of Honduran coffee that I am told is a straightforward washed coffee, that will be good to learn to roast coffee.

My beans were grown at 1482 to 1650 masl (4800 to 5400 feet). It is recommended to do a City+ (light medium roast), maybe to a full city. This is a rich coffee with a light roast.

Note that there are 3 grades of coffee from Honduras based on elevation.

SHG - strictly high grown (4400+ feet)
HG - high grown (3900 to 4400 feet)
CS - central standard (less that 3900 feet)
