A scale for brewing Coffee

This is a new idea, but it makes a lot of sense if you want to make pour over coffee properly. A proper pour-over involves running 300 ml of water (300 grams) through your filter, but in 5 increments of 60 grams each.

You can of course guess, but a good coffee scale makes doing it precisely easy.

If you have no end of cash, you buy an Acaia scale (for $200 and up). A recommended option for less money is the $55 scale from Oxo.

What I ended up ordering is the "Timemore Black Mirror" for $62. Mine is described as the "2022 new version". One thing I like is that it has a rechargeable Li-ion batter built in that you charge with a USB cable

One fellow says that he is a barista and uses the Acaia scales at work, but has the Timemore at home and loves it.
