Restoring my Peugeot PX-10 - Shimano Ultegra?

Some people would have a stroke. I plan to put a lot of Shimano Ultegra (and Shimano 600) parts on my restored Peugeot. I am not at all concerned about preserving authenticity, history, nostalgia, or any of that. I want a bike that I can ride and enjoy.

I have a donor bike, an old steel frame Trek with a lot of Shimano 600 and Ultegra parts, in particular the crank.

Shimano decided to rename the Shimano 600 series "Ultegra" in 1987. Note that "Dura-Ace" is the top tier Shimano line. The Ultegra line has various "series"

1987 - Shimano 600 Ultegra (6400 series)
1997 - Shimano Ultegra 6500 series
2005 - Shimano Ultegra 6600 series
2010 - Shimano Ultegra 6700 series -- includes di2 electric shifting
2010 - Shimano Ultegra 6800 series
2017 - Shimano Ultegra R8000
My Shimano 600 has the "standard" 130mm BCD (bolt circle diameter).

My Stronglight on the other hand has what looks like 122mm. Stronglight was known to use 110, 122, 144, as well as others. Also Stronglight used various size bolt holes. All of this is part of why I am inclined to put the Shimano 600 on the Peugeot.

My Stronglight is set up with 52/45 rings, my Shimano with 52/39.

I see 130mm rings at 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, ... 60 teeth.
