Most of my work with the BBB was done back in 2013 and 2014. I then spent a bunch of time with the BBB getting my RTOS "Kyu" to run on it. Recently I began wondering what had gone on over the 6 or 7 years when I have been "hiding under a rock". This is partly motivated by wanting to clone a working BBB project (my camera focus controller), and while I am doing it move to the latest linux distribution.
But I am back at it again in 2020, and the following notes describe what have been doing and learning.
