Crosscut Saws

Places to buy stuff:

Safety

One trail maintenance video recommended wearing at least 8 inch leather boots. I remain skeptical, at least about boots in excess of 8 inches. But stout boots are a good idea, along with leather gloves and a hard hat. A long sleeve shirt is not a bad idea.

Saws and axes are sharp. Just handling them is a hazard. A first aid kit ought to be something you always carry.

I am fully aware that I am neither educated nor certified with regard to felling trees, and frankly cannot think of any reason why I would want to do so.
